THIS WEBSITE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY! The content on this website, including text, graphics, images, and other materials, is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult your doctor or other qualified health care provider before starting, changing, or stopping any health care plan or treatment. Do not ignore or delay seeking medical advice because of something you have read on this website.

We may not start medications during the first visit. We can either monitor your symptoms closely and adjust accordingly, or we can choose a suitable medication after a thorough assessment.

You can start feeling better sooner than you think. Some medications work faster than others, and your provider will help you find the best one for you. They will also explain how the medication works and what to expect from it. Do not miss this opportunity to take charge of your health and happiness.

We will go over the possible side effects of your medication at your session. Most of them are mild and temporary, but we will tell you how to deal with them and when to seek help. You can always message us if you have any questions or worries, and we will get back to you within 72 hours. However, if you experience any severe or urgent side effects, please go to the nearest ER immediately.

Our first session will be about understanding your background and your current situation. We may ask you some similar questions, but that is how we gather the information we need. We will build a rapport and start working together towards your well-being.

There is no fixed answer to how long you will need medication for. It varies from person to person and depends on your diagnosis, your response to treatment, and your goals. Your provider will explain the scientific evidence and recommendations, but they will also respect your preferences and decisions.

You can trust that our sessions are confidential. The law protects the privacy of the communication between a provider and a client, and we will not share any information without your consent, unless we must prevent harm to you or someone else OR if we are ordered by the court.

We want to give you the best care possible, and that means working together with your medical provider. They can help us understand your physical health and any tests or treatments you may need. Some mental health medications require regular blood work to ensure your safety. Your mental health and your physical health are connected, and we want to support both. That is why we collaborate with your primary care provider to care for your whole-self.
